Introducing the Founder

Soumya Deb Hazra brings a unique perspective to wellness. Shaped by decades of connecting with people, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them toward transformative experiences. With over 20 years of professional experience in outreach, engagement, and institutional development, he has dedicated his career to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.

His father, Dr. Hazra, a renowned paediatrician instilled in Soumya an early appreciation for holistic health and compassionate care. Soumya realized true wellbeing begins with understanding people’s needs and creating pathways to better health.

From Education to Wellness

Soumya has spent more than a decade building bridges between institutions and communities. Throughout his career, Soumya has held leadership roles at organizations including Ceasefire Industries Ltd., Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd., The Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM), Insight Consulting, Applect Learning Systems Pvt Ltd and currently serving as Associate Director, Outreach & Marketing with Gujarat’s most prestigious private university, i.e., Karnavati University. Each experience refined his ability to listen, strategize, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

His work in higher education is centered around helping people make informed decisions that shape their futures. This same philosophy now drives his vision for wellness, empowering individuals with knowledge, support, and accessible solutions for healthier living.

Introducing the Chief Medical Advisor

Dr. A.K. Hajra brings over five decades of compassionate healthcare. As a distinguished Paediatrician and Neonatologist based in Bardhhaman, West Bengal, he has dedicated his life ensuring quality healthcare reaches everyone.

A Legacy of Service

With degrees from Calcutta National Medical College (M.B.B.S.) and Institute of Child Health (D.C.H.), Dr. Hajra began in government service at Asansol and B.C. Hospital, Bardhhaman, before starting his own practice in 1978.
Known affectionately as the “Doctor of the Poor,” Dr. Hajra offered free consultations at Joyrambati Matri Seva Sadan Charitable Dispensary and participated in Lions Club health camps. His practice reached far beyond Bardhhaman, from coal miners’ families in Asansol to remote villages where specialized paediatric care was needed most.

A Vision for Wellness

With over 50 years of relentless service to society, Dr. Hajra now channels his lifetime of experience into a new mission: preventive wellness and holistic health. He believes true healthcare means promoting wellbeing, not just treating illness. He brings medical expertise and a lifelong commitment to accessible, affordable, compassionate care.
